The long awaited arrival of starting to train for the future is finally here. We put in a 3 mile run Thursday evening. It was pitch dark when we started the run so as most outdoor runners know, it's much more difficult to run fast in the dark, but we managed a quality 3 miles. Today we're planning on running 5 miles, 7 miles on Saturday, and possibly a 10 mile long run on Sunday. Nothing like jumping right back in pretty much where we left off. Time to start getting ready for the indoor track and field season which will quickly be approaching.
